If you do not need a written report (ask your agent), we can reduce the cost of an inspection, explain safety & function concerns, and give a one-on-one learning experience on successful home ownership. We look at the major systems of the house - structure, plumbing, electrical and HVAC - and encourage you to take notes and photos.
 
Ideal properties for the $195 “As-Is" Home Check are:
    Vacant;
     Bank-Owned ("REO") Properties;
     Less than 2200 square feet;
     Located in Kootenai County

  
Notes: No other discounts or coupons apply.  All utilities should be on, with water heater and furnace or A/C running. There is a one-time additional $30 ($225, total) if any of the following are true: Home is between 2200 & 2500 SF, built before 1950, or in an adjacent county. Note that this is a CASH price; add $25 if paying by check or credit card. The $195 (cash) “As-Is" Home Check does not cover outbuildings, cosmetic items, inaccessible / sealed / locked areas / appliances, nor is it, by definition, a “Home Inspection”, which must be a written report (see www.nachi.org/sop).

Your most economical choice is our "$195 Walk-Thru".  This is NOT for everybody, as it is only a verbal report.  You (or your lender) may require a written report. Call 208.660.8877.

  Next in line is our "Affordable Value" Inspection.  This written report is for Kootenai County homes, up to 2500 square feet,  that are 1990 or newer construction. Call 208.215.4090.
