Our job, as your Idaho Home Inspectors, is to determine whether the areas being inspected are functional and safe. We spend hours investigating every major component of your investment, and you are invited to join us after our first hour on-site. While we inspect, photograph and report, we are your eyes to help you LEARN your new Idaho home - from foundation to roof, its plumbing, electrical, heating systems and more!
Our job does not end after the report is completed. Should you have any questions months down the road, you are encouraged to give us a call and we will do whatever it takes to insure that you are completely comfortable with the property.
Certified Inspectors
The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors is the only association that requires that each Inspector must pass an entrance examination prior to applying for membership. This is important, as there are no state regulations regarding Idaho Home Inspectors.
Both Jeanne and Russ are Certified NACHI Inspectors (commercial / residential) for your protection. In addition, Russ is Idaho’s first Certified Master Inspector® and State NACHI President.
